I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this messenger bag. The entire process was a complete disaster from start to finish, and I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, I ordered the bag on 10th April, but I did not receive any order confirmation email or text. This lack of communication made me anxious and unsure if my order was even processed.
Then on 15th April, instead of my order, I received a Veggie Cutter from Homepuff. I contacted their customer support team multiple times, but there was no response. It was only after contacting their representative Joshua that I finally got a response, but even after providing the details, no action was taken.
I contacted them again on 18th April, but still, no action was taken. It wasn't until I got in touch with their customer service on 21st April and created a ticket that some action was taken. However, the conversation went on for far too long, with the company insisting that they had delivered the product, and I had to repeatedly insist that I did not receive it.
After one month of chasing their customer service, the veggie cutter was finally picked up in May. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I received the bag on 4th May and realized that they had delivered the wrong product AGAIN! I had ordered a neon black bag, but received a grey black bag instead.
It is unacceptable that I have to go through the same one-month-long process again to get the correct product. The company's lack of communication and organization has made this entire experience pathetic and a complete waste of my time and energy.
To make matters worse, I will not receive any compensation or the original product I ordered despite all the trouble I have gone through. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable option.
